  • Front yard sign to be ordered and installed 48 hours of a signed listing agreement.
  • Color flyers are created and kept in stock in the flyer box on front yard sign. 
  • Marketing website is created using Tour Factory.  This website includes still photos, virtual tour and property and area information.  This website is syndicated to over 20 different real estate websites for optimal internet exposure.  A weekly report is mailed to you detailing how many views the website had during the previous week. 
  • A 2nd marketing website is created with "Agent Marketing".  This website is advertised with a front yard sign rider for a "text for information" smartphone option. 
  • Your home is placed on   Not all agents are Realtors and have the option to syndicate to
  • Your home is advertised on Facebook.
  • Your home is a featured listing on
  • Your home is featured at our South Hill Mall kiosk.
  • I will provide a weekly update to discuss agent showing feedback, MLS "hits" etc.  This will be done by email unless you prefer for me to call you. 
  • Your home will be shown on our Tuesday office tour.   I will bring 20-30 agents from my office through your home on a Tuesday morning after our weekly sales meeting.  Date to be determined.
  • Open house within 2 weeks of listing date if agreed upon by agent and seller.
